Modern, clean venue with great location just next door to Montparnasse Bienvenue metro stops and the main sites. Early check in and excellent service. Plus, private parking nearby.

Clean and spacy rooms, excellent service, very convinient location next to Gare Montparnasse and Gaite metro station. A lot of places to eat in the neighborhood
Located next to restaurants and theaters, it can be relatively noisy during the afternoons but it is quiet enough after dark

A comfortable hotel, somewhat lacking character and completely un-memorable. However, it is 5' walk from Montparnasse train station, and stands in a street packed with theatres and fine restaurants. Perfect hotel for a week-end getaway in Paris, if you plan to spend your time out rather than in. I will return.
The hotel is this modernish building built in the 70's when architecture really didn't know what it wanted.

Very good choice considering the price. Even if it is not a "real" 4* it is really ok. Much better than all other 3* you can find and with similar price. Not so big choice for breakfast but good products and fresh orange juice. Nice bathroom, design and renovated. Quite large room.

There were numerous good cafes practically right outside my door, perfect for grabbing a coffee after a morning walk.

Hotel is located in Montparnasse district (lots of bars etc. around; but the room was absolutely quiet), within walking distance of Montparnasse train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was surprisingly big. Breakfast offered a variety of different types of food.
Windows of the room could have been larger. On a working day, the breakfast room was rather noisy/busy, but much better/quiter on weekend.

- very clean rooms, good location, charming neighbourhood, very close to Metro, room rather small but not claustrphobic ( ok size for Paris) and decently decorated, flatscreen.
Staff very unattent, first day we went for early dinner to the restaurant; it was empty and the employee saw us but just kept talking on his mobile so after 3 min we left; we ordered a taxi through the reception for exactly 8.15 and because...he came earlier (8.06 !!?!) We had to pay a "waiting" fee of 12.70 Euro! The reception didn't even appologize not to talk about offering us a compensation whatsoever. A tray with roomservice smelly foodrests was left at our neighbours door for about...12 h although we made the front office attent about it twice. The bar looked uninviting and outdated, no umbrellas to borrow at the door (4 star hotel), no body lotion and hair conditioner in bathroom; A minibar fridge that was totally empty (just a bottle of water inside). Very noisy aer system in the bathroom that couldn't be turned off; Our room could not get warmer than...21 C (and as I was having a flue would have liked it a few degrees warmer) Someone came to check but it still didn't get warmer.. Standard rooms no bathtube! (For 30 euro extra we were proposed an upgrade...with a bathtube). No charming lobby, rather small and impersonal

i found the staff to be very pleasant and excellent communicators in english, the prices in the bar were very resonable and the location of the hotel was ideal for the metro which could take you to the effiel tower and other districts within a couple of minutes. the best part for myself was the very close proximity to the montparnasse tower restaurant roughly about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. i would highly recommend this hotel to any family or even couples wishing to stay in a top notch hotel for a very resonable price

would not hesitate to return there
The room was spacious and nicely decorated. It came with a coffee machine and a tv. The beds were really comfy, and the bathroom had a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The hotel was conveniently located near the metro and lots of good restaurants. They had a free water cooler on each floor, too.

It was clean and comfortable and situated in a bustling and chci part of Paris. The restaurants locally offered a variety of food including Japnese. It was within walking distance of the Jardin du Luxembourg, an attractive park with pony rides, playground eqipment, fountain and lawns.

Hotel room are big relative to the price paid, and the design of the room look great as well. The location is safe and absolutely no problem if you come back to hotel before midnight. And the hotel surrounded by a lot of restaurant, and bread/cake shop.
